Located in Qingdao, Qingdao Tianfeng Paper-making Co., Ltd. was originally established in 1935. We have been concentrating all efforts on the research and manufacturing of special industrial paper and fiber in the past years.

  As the leading vulcanized fiber manufacturer, we are proud of our integrated fiber-making experience of over 40 years.Being made by gelatinizing several plies of pure natural cellulose base paper, vulcanized fiber has  very excellent mechanical processing properties, and most importantly,  it is environment-friendly, after being degraded in a short time . Therefore, it is more and more widely used in various lines including aircraft, railway, vessel, textile, mechanics, electronics industry. It is basically clarified into two grades according to applications, one is abrasive grade, the other is technical grade.

  Tianfeng fiber has won worldwide reputation for its excellent and consistent quality performance.We have increased our yearly capacity to 8000 metric tons by renovating the old line and setting up another 2 new production lines to meet the increasing market demand.

  Our insulating paper is made from 100% imported sulfate wooden pulp. It is also clarified into 2 types, one is general insulating paper, the other is base paper for DDP. Our insulating paper is well known for its high physical properties, including tensile strength, density etc.
